·   Managed Sacroc Regulatory group ensuring all Well Operations were in compliance with the TRRC

·   Managed a staff of up to 3 well engineers, 6 rig supervisors, 1 field superintendent, 1 reverse unit supervisor,

13 reverse unit operators, 3 engineering technicians, 1 financial analyst, and 1 operational excellence advisor,

and associated rig crews.

·   Manage day to day well related activities for all workover + reverse units (20), PA (2) and CTU operations (1) for

KM SACROC CO2 field.

·   Responsible for SACROC Well Operations Opex and Capital Budget for 2008-2011

·   Introduced and Developed Well Operations KPI’s 2007-2010 (services spend)

·   Negotiated, generated and implemented Rig cost savings agreement with Nabors and Key energy for all

services in the Sacroc field. Savings amounted to $30/rig/hour savings with Nabors and a 55% cost reduction

from Key.

·   Conducted vendor cost reduction negotiations amounting to $21MM in savings in 2009

·   Introduced, coordinated and developed optimization committees to address major improvement needs within

SACROC field involving KM personnel, KM field personnel, multiple contractors, directors, and managers.
