Leading PE backed start-up drilling and completion organization from start to finish. Built operations team, evaluated acquisition opportunities, and delineated the Codell and Niobrara northern extension of the DJ Basin in Laramie and Goshen Counties, WY.

Utica - Appalachia Basin, Eastern OH
· Recruited and developed the World Class Team that drilled the 1st 370 CHK wells in all areas of Utica Shale
Play.
· Reduced overall drilling cost $201 per foot and cycle time 42 days per well. Additionally, accelerated
performance improvement and learning curve through special projects and teamwork.
· Implemented new technology in US land such as Rotary Steerable in Curve / Laterals and Rotating Cement
