IRT continues project work in Libya
IRT will be starting a new project in the Ghadames Basin of Libya. The project will involve an integrated geoscience, reservoir engineering and black oil simulation study for Akakus Oil Operations, one of the National Oil Companies of Libya. The project phases will include reservoir characterization, construction of a static model to capture the structural, stratigraphic, and petrophysical properties, and a dynamic model to history match and predict future reservoir performance and field development plans. This new work follows two previous projects IRT completed in the Sidri Basin for Waha Oil Company.
